*1 PNETS
levy NOT included. Currently HK$1.20/Hour
is charged
*2 Telecom
will install the smartbox (location must
be covered by telecom and installation
takes more than 7 days), prepayment charges
will be paid before installation. HK$100
will be charged for change of installation
date or cancel of application after installation
date confirmed between NETfront and customer.
*3 Customer
installs internet software & broadband
modem. Broadband modem (original price:
HK$990, now special price only HK$600)
has one-year warranty.
*4 Customer
needs to prepare self-purchase modem with
all necessary equipment.
*5 The above
promotion offer applies to first time
subscribers only and is subject to change
without prior notice.
*6 Termination
of broadband service must be the last
day of calendar month and requires ONE
month prior notice and customer needs
to fill and return 'Termination of Service
Form' effectively.
*7 All paid
services charges is non-refundable after
installation.
*8 Netfront
will not refund any service charges and
will not be liable for any loss or damage
in connection with the provision of or
failure to provide the service or delay
of broadband installation
*9 If customer
reports problems of internet and requests
to go to home for checking, NETfront will
charge HK$300 inspection charge if problems
are not belonged to NETfront.
*10 The downstream
is speed up to 1.8Mbps. The transmission
speed will be affected by extraneous factors,
as well as the distance between your installation
address and your serving exchange.
*11(Broadband
modem installed by NETfront, see above
for the cost).
*12 First
monthly charge & all relevant charges
will be paid in advance before installation.
Monthly charge will be started on the
installation/connection no matter when
user starts to use the service. Invoice
will be sent to user's NETfront email
account and will be auto-paid by credit
card. All paid service charges are non-refundable.
*13 Advance
payment and prepay next month.
*14 When
the balance is overdue, Netfront will
suspend the services until payment received.
Netfront will not refund any service charges
and will not be liable for any loss or
damage in connection with the suspension
of services.($750 will be charged to reactivate
account)
*15 If address
of installation is not included coverage
area for Student Plan, NETfront will recommend
customer to change other plans.
*16 If customer
terminates the service during refundable
period, refundable balance will stop and
cancel. |
